功能：蒸馏罐内安装有独创的搅拌刮片，使得废液在蒸馏罐内不停地被翻搅。蒸发过程中，刮片和蒸发面之间存在着薄膜湍流，  一方面加强了传热效率，另一方面可防止蒸馏罐内壁残渣的结焦结垢。当到达处理终点时，物料在刮片的作用下，不断向蒸馏 罐的一端推进，由搅拌装置将残渣推向排渣口，自动排出。

 Function: The distillation tank is equipped with a unique stirring blade, which allows the waste liquid to be continuously stirred inside the distillation tank.  During the evaporation process, there is a thin film turbulence between the scraper and the evaporation surface, which enhances heat transfer efficiency  and prevents coking and scaling of residue on the inner wall of the distillation tank. When the processing endpoint is reached, the material is continuously  pushed towards one end of the distillation tank under the action of the scraper, and the residue is pushed towards the slag discharge port by the stirring  device and automatically discharged.
